What is your favorite thing about working at Cars45?
In some of my previous work places, a lot of the ways of working were kind of cast in stone with little or no room to take ownership, risks or do something that isn’t in the playbook. That sense of being welded to a way of doing things. But Cars45 allows me to be creative and do new things. If it doesn’t work, I learn from it and move on, if it works, we optimize and scale for success.

What is the most challenging thing that you have ever had to do on this job?
It has got to be having to let some of my team members go. At times, it can be difficult to say these goodbyes.
