For car freaks with a high and unprecedented taste for the four-wheeled phenom, movies about cars can be regarded as a paradise portray, whether it’s watching a vehicle being unceremoniously crushed in the name of entertainment, or spotting a 1980s hot hatch in a 1970s period drama, we often find it hard to keep track of the narrative, our main interest is basically the scenarios created by the drifts and engine performance on the big screen.

Today, based on our vast experience with movies and cars, we are going to be highlighting a number of cars that have been featured most in the hollywood movies. These cars have been chosen as a result of their continuous features, popularity and super-dominating attitude even in the Auto world. Based on our research, here are our results.

 

 

DODGE (Diplomat, Ram, Coronet)

The Dodge cars, founded by the Dodge brothers: Horace and John Dodge in the early 1900’s have featured in 2,287 movies ranking 6th in the list of the top 10 cars frequently used in movies. The dodge featured mostly in the Fast and Furious franchise with Dominic Toretto growing quite fond of the American giant.  

 

 

CHEVROLET (Impala, Caprice, Camaro, Corvette)

As an American model, the Chevrolet or better known as Chevy is an American automobile division of the American manufacturer General Motors, founded in 1911. The Chevrolet holds the second position for being the most frequently used cars in hollywood movies with a total of 5,513 appearances for the Chevrolet Impala, Caprice and Camaro. One major movie that featured the both American brands is The Transformers franchise, with Bumblebee and Sideswipe featuring as Autobots.

 

 

FORD  (Mustang, Crown Victoria, Econoline)

The Ford vehicle is regarded as an American gangster. Incorporated by Henry Ford in 1903, the Ford Blue Oval models have featured in 8,988 movies, giving it a giant lead in its number of movie appearances.the Ford Mustang which is considered as the titan among them featured in Gone in 60 secs, Deathrace and John wick. Other famous Fords include the Gran Torino in the movie of the same name, the Falcon XB GT in Mad Max and the Ford Ka in Quantum of Solace.
